Frequently Asked Questions

  • What should I expect with testing?

All evaluations start with an initial diagnostic interview that discusses your specific concerns. After the consultation, the psychologist will provide a recommended testing battery designed specific for your concerns. Your child will return for 1-2 visits to complete testing. The final visit will be a feedback session reviewing findings and personalized recommendations.

  • Can my child be tested for multiple concerns (ADHD and Autism Spectrum disorder)?

Yes, there is an option for a full psychological evaluation that can assess for multiple concerns. Your options for assessment packages will be discussed with your psychologist and/or behavioral health registrar.

  • What ages do we test?

    3 - 18 years.

  • How long does it take to get results for my evaluation?

Timelines can vary, though we strive to provide a comprehensive report and feedback within 3 weeks of completing the assessment.

  • Do you take insurance?

No, we are not in network with any insurance companies. We can provide detailed medical receipts/superbills for all services rendered, and you can submit this to your insurance company for partial reimbursement. We encourage you to contact your insurance policy about reimbursements for Out of Network providers.
